I donвЂ™t think I have managed to get one to spawn yet. According to the wiki, she gets a permanent demon familiar if she gets damaged enough times. She has one more item that I have yet to use properly, the Cambion Conception. On the other hand, her item makes familiar items really valuable. She cannot use, for example, some of the technology items. Her reliance on the incubus for damage makes some items useless for her. Lilith has a unique playstyle compared to the other characters. Why kill something yourself when you can summon somethingВ to do it for you? I really like Lilith, but itвЂ™s probably because I tend to like summoning things. You can alsoВ use the item to have ridiculous numbers of familiars. That helps with aiming and can increase her damage, though I hear that practice also helps. More projectiles means more chances to hit. ThatвЂ™s okay, though! She has a special item, the Box of Friends, that duplicates her familiars. But it follows you around, so you have slightly less control when it comes to aiming than if the tears are streaming out of your characterвЂ™s eyes. The incubus copies the tear stats and effects of your character, which isВ nice.
